Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your Nutshell purchase, and in the case that you’re not, we’re here to help with an exchange or refund your purchase. 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your Nutshell Cooler to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and you'll need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send items back to us without first requesting a return.

For all returns coming from within the continental U.S.:
To process a return, please contact us at support@nutshellcoolers.com or through our chat support. Our customer service team will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the product is received and processed by our warehouse. Please give us 3-5 business days to process your return - we'll send you a refund notification once done! 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
